These terms apply to your use of MorseCodeApp.com ("the Site"), operated by AppsYogi ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using it.

What the Site does

MorseCodeApp provides free browser-based tools for translating text to Morse code and back, generating audio, and related utilities. All translation and audio processing happens in your browser — we don't process your input on our servers.

Using the Site

You can use MorseCodeApp for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. There are a few things you shouldn't do:

  • Attempt to disrupt the site's operation or access systems you shouldn't
  • Use automated scripts to scrape content or tools at a rate that degrades service for others
  • Claim that MorseCodeApp is your product or rebrand it as your own
  • Use the site for anything illegal in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to block access if we see abuse.

Embedding

You're welcome to embed MorseCodeApp tools on your own website using the provided embed code. The embed includes attribution linking back to MorseCodeApp.com — don't remove or hide that attribution. Embedding is free for all sites, including commercial ones.

Accuracy

The translator follows International Morse Code standards (ITU-R M.1677-1). We've tested it thoroughly, but we can't guarantee it's perfect in every edge case. If you're using Morse code in a safety-critical situation — search and rescue, maritime communication, aviation — verify any translation independently. Don't rely solely on a web tool.

Intellectual property

The code, design, content, and branding of MorseCodeApp belong to AppsYogi. Morse code itself is a public domain encoding system — nobody owns it, and the translations you generate are yours.

The tools use open web standards (Web Audio API, standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript). We don't claim ownership over what the browser APIs produce.

Third-party services

The Site uses Google Analytics for traffic measurement and may display advertisements through Google AdSense. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We also load fonts from Google Fonts. By using the Site, you acknowledge that these third parties may set cookies or collect data as described in our privacy policy.

No warranties

MorseCodeApp is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will be available 24/7, that it'll work perfectly on every browser, or that audio output will be flawless on every device. We do our best, but it's a free tool maintained by a small team — not a commercial SLA.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AppsYogi is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site. This includes, but isn't limited to: incorrect translations, audio glitches, data loss, or anything that happens when you use Morse code generated by the tool.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
