A few things that help us help you faster:
- Bug reports — tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and what browser you're using. A screenshot goes a long way.
- Feature requests — describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the feature. Sometimes there's a better approach we haven't considered.
- Audio issues — mention your device and browser version. Web Audio behaves differently across browsers, especially on mobile Safari.
Response time
We typically reply within a couple of business days. Sometimes faster, sometimes a bit longer if we need to dig into a technical issue. We read everything though.
Not the right place for
If you need to learn Morse code for a ham radio license exam, check out the ARRL (US) or RSGB (UK). If you're looking for real-time CW practice with other operators, sites like LCWO are worth checking out. We'll have our own learning tools soon, but for now those are solid resources.
